Why Central vacuum cleaners from BVC?
We, BVC International with its co-subsidiary EBS Einbaustaubsauger GmbH, have made it our task to measure up with the quality standards permanently growing. From the beginning, we made it our priority to pay particular attention to a unit design with an sufficiently strong suction power. Suction examinations by means of a test installation created by BVC have convinced us that heavy suction losses by long suction hoses and bends of 45° and more installed in the pipe system have to be taken into account at the installation of a central vacuum cleaner. These findings were the determining factor that nowadays BVC only delivers units with a minimum suction power of 600 air watts and at most 760 air watts. This performance is essential in order to vacuum carpet floor coverings with long fibers absolutely sufficient.
Apart from a more modern on and off switching technique by means of a low volt cable trained in the suction hose, wishes of German and European buyers were particularly taken into account in the further development of central vacuum cleaners by BVC. Thus, step by step important technical improvements have been carried out, e.g. the complete decoupling of structure-borne noise by means of rubber-mountings, the sound insulation of the units and a flange which can be mounted both on the right or on the left side of the body. Nowadays all these technical improvements are part of the basic equipment as well as one or two underpressure relief valves, a temperature controller and the new efficient double filter system for highest hygiene, which guarantees always 100 % suction.
BVC International also has developed a modern potentiometer technique which provides a very advantageous suction control and moreover a considerable prolongation of the motor life time.
